XhjzgcTech A4 Thermal Paper 100 Sheets

This pack contains 100 sheets of 70gsm A4 thermal paper sized 210 x 296mm. It is designed for anyone who uses a direct thermal printer and needs a ready supply of blank media for everyday output.

Thermal printing limits and paper width

Direct thermal media darkens when heated, so it cannot produce colour images and will fade if exposed to strong light or heat over time. The 8.27 inch sheet width matches the A4 standard; printers that only accept 8.5 inch rolls or narrower formats will not feed these sheets correctly.

Fan-fold loading and common issues

The fan-fold stack feeds continuously, reducing the number of reloads during long print runs. Misfeeds usually happen when the printer’s paper guides are not set to the exact 210mm width or when the sensor cannot detect the leading edge of a folded sheet.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 100-sheet A4 pack or look for a different count?

This pack contains 100 sheets of A4 thermal paper at 70 gsm; choose it if that quantity matches your print volume, otherwise select a pack with the sheet count you need.

What does the 70 gsm weight mean for everyday printing?

At 70 gsm the sheets are light enough for fast thermal printing yet strong enough to resist water, oil and scratches while staying smudge-proof and fade-resistant.

Will the 8.27 x 11.69 inch size work with my 8.5 x 11 inch thermal printer?

The paper is cut to A4 (210 x 296 mm), which is slightly narrower than 8.5 x 11 inch; it fits printers that explicitly support A4 but may not feed correctly in trays locked to US Letter.
