Battery life and microphone performance

At 70 % volume the internal battery lasts for 17 hours of continuous play. A unidirectional noise-cancelling microphone is built in for clear voice chat; the mute function should be checked during the first test. The wireless connection is described as lossless with ultra-low latency for responsive audio.

Sustained comfort during long sessions

The lightweight 11-ounce frame and rotating earcups are designed to stay comfortable for hours of use. Memory foam padding distributes pressure evenly across the ears. Wired 3.5 mm mode remains available when the battery is depleted or for devices without wireless support.

Questions about this item

How do I switch the headset between the 2.4 GHz wireless mode and the 3.5 mm wired mode for Xbox?

Plug the USB dongle into the PS5, PS4 or PC for 2.4 GHz wireless up to 33 feet, or connect the included 3.5 mm cable directly to the Xbox controller for wired play.

What part will need replacement first after daily use?

The memory-foam ear pads and the 17-hour battery are the wear items; pads can be swapped when they flatten and the battery will eventually hold less charge.

At what point does the wireless link become unstable during a long session?

The 2.4 GHz connection is rated for 33 feet; moving beyond that distance or placing thick walls between the headset and dongle will cause drop-outs first.
