Questions about this item

Do I need a USB-C port on my PC, Mac, Switch, PS4 or PS5 to use the 2.4 GHz wireless dongle?

The headset includes a USB-C dongle and a Type-C-to-USB-A adapter, so it works with either a USB-C or a standard USB-A port on any listed platform.

Will the headset still function if I keep using my older USB-A-only laptop?

Yes, the supplied Type-C-to-USB-A adapter lets the 2.4 GHz dongle plug into a legacy USB-A port without losing the wireless connection.

How can I confirm the virtual 7.1 surround sound is active after I set up the headset on Windows?

Open Windows Sonic in the sound control panel; when it shows as enabled for the TUF Gaming H1 Wireless, the virtual 7.1 processing is running.
