Yealink BH71 Workstation Pro dock

The Yealink BH71 Workstation Pro is a desktop docking station designed for the BH71 Bluetooth headset. It provides a 3-inch touchscreen, built-in speakerphone, Qi wireless charging and a portable charging case. Three USB 3.0 ports expand connectivity for peripherals. The unit links a desk phone, PC and mobile simultaneously for hybrid work environments.

Suits professionals needing a unified desk hub

Users who want a single dock to manage calls across desk phone, PC and smartphone will benefit from the touchscreen interface and speakerphone mode. The integrated Qi charger and three USB 3.0 ports reduce cable clutter. Buyers who do not own the compatible BH71 headset cannot use the dedicated docking features or portable charging case.

Docking station with three USB 3.0 ports

The deciding specification is the combination of three USB 3.0 ports and Qi wireless charging built into the dock. This allows simultaneous peripheral connection and cable-free headset or phone charging. If your workflow requires multiple USB devices and wireless charging at the desk, this dock meets that need; otherwise a simpler stand may suffice.

Questions about this item

Will the portable charging case need its own battery replacement after heavy use?

The case charges the BH71 headset and Qi-enabled phones wirelessly, so its internal battery handles repeated charge cycles rather than user-swappable cells.

What limits continuous speakerphone use on the 3-inch touch base?

Three USB 3.0 ports share the base power budget, so sustained speakerphone plus multiple peripheral draws may hit the dock’s current ceiling first.

How much heat or fan noise does the base produce when it charges the headset, a phone and runs the speaker all day?

The base has no active cooling; warmth stays low because it only manages Qi charging and USB 3.0 data, not high-wattage loads.
