Yealink WH66 Mono Teams headset

The Yealink WH66 Mono Teams is a telephone accessory built for Microsoft Teams users who want a single-ear headset with a dedicated base station. A two-port USB 3.0 hub and a wireless mobile phone charger are built into the base.

Upgrade from basic headsets

This model replaces simple USB or Bluetooth headsets that lack a touch-screen base, integrated hub or wireless charging. The jump is worth it when you need Acoustic Shield noise suppression, a busylight indicator and one-touch Teams controls in a single desktop unit. First listed by the manufacturer in 2026.

Suits Teams-centric desk workers

It suits professionals who spend most of their day in Teams meetings and want a mono form factor with charging and hub functions at hand. Buyers who need a stereo headset, a pure Bluetooth mobile headset or a device without a screen should look at something else.

Questions about this item

What desk space does the 4.0 inch (480 x 800) touch screen need?

The unit sits on a flat surface; allow room for the screen face and the rear connections so cables do not press against the display.

How is the WH66 Mono Teams connected to the PC and where do users go wrong?

Plug the supplied USB cable into a USB 3.0 port on the computer; the common mistake is using a USB 2.0 port or a hub that cannot deliver enough power for the wireless charger.

Which parts of the WH66 Mono Teams will need replacement over time?

The DECT headset battery and the wireless charging pad surface are the components most likely to wear out with daily use.
