Yealink Network Technology Co., Ltd SIP-T87W 12-Line 7 inch Color Touch Screen Telephone (1301227)

12-line executive IP phone

The Yealink SIP-T87W is a 12-line desk telephone with a 7-inch 800 x 480-pixel color multitouch display. It targets professionals who manage multiple simultaneous calls and need a tactile, adjustable screen. The handset uses a hall-switch mechanism and the stand offers two viewing angles. Wall mounting is also supported.

16 SIP accounts and 84 DSS keys

The decisive specification is the capacity for 16 SIP accounts combined with 12 physical line keys that expand to 84 DSS keys across seven touch pages. This density lets a single device replace several simpler handsets for receptionists, executives or team leads who monitor many extensions. Fewer accounts or keys would force extra hardware.

Three expansion modules and dual gigabit ports

The phone comfortably handles high-call environments through support for up to three EXP55 color expansion modules, each adding 26 buttons. Dual-port gigabit Ethernet provides network passthrough without a separate switch. Headroom ends when a deployment requires more than three expansion units or Power over Ethernet is unavailable, because the 5 V 2 A power supply is sold separately.
