Connects Corsair Type 3 and Type 4 modular PSUs to motherboard CPU power with a 60 cm 18 AWG sleeved cable supporting up to 235 watts
This cable connects Corsair Type 4 and Type 3 modular power supplies to a motherboard EPS 4+4Pin socket. It fits RM450, RM550, RM650, RM750, RM850 and RM1000 units as well as AXi and HXi series. The PSU end uses an ATX 8Pin male connector that is not interchangeable with PCIe plugs. Builders needing a GPU power cable cannot use this product.
UL1007 18AWG tin-coated copper wire is wrapped in a black sleeved net for flexibility and corrosion resistance. The 60CM length suits standard chassis routing and allows easy bends for tidy cable management. High-current terminals support up to 10A, with the 4Pin portion rated for 155 watts and the full 8Pin configuration rated for 235 watts.
The EPS connector splits into two 4Pin halves that slide together or apart, letting the cable serve either an 8Pin or a 4Pin motherboard header. No extra adapters or software are included in the package. Users with non-Corsair modular PSUs or those requiring longer reach will need a different cable.

The 8-pin male end plugs into a Corsair Type 3 or Type 4 modular PSU using an ATX 8-pin interface, not PCIe, and is rated for up to 235 watts.
The motherboard end is a detachable EPS 8-pin (4+4Pin) male connector that slides apart to fit either an 8-pin EPS or 4-pin ATX12V socket on the board.
Connect the PSU 8-pin male to the modular port on the Corsair RM series PSU, then attach the EPS 4+4Pin male to the motherboard CPU socket; do not reverse the ends, as the CPU 8-pin and EPS 4+4Pin are not interchangeable.
