PCIe 3.0 adapter for M.2 NVMe drives

This add-on card lets you install an M-key or B-key M.2 NVMe SSD into a PCIe 3.0 x4 slot. It accepts modules from 2230 up to 22110 length, making it useful for servers or workstations that lack native M.2 sockets but have spare expansion slots. The board provides a direct electrical path without extra controllers.

Upgrades systems with no onboard M.2 slot

If your motherboard or riser has no M.2 connector, this card adds one that supports both key types and the full length range. It is not for builders who need RAID across multiple drives, because the adapter carries only a single device. It also does not supply power to drives that require a separate auxiliary connector.

Questions about this item

Will the YEPLOOK SK6 adapter fit a PCIe 3.0 x4 slot?

Yes, the card uses a PCIe 3.0 x4 edge connector and occupies one standard expansion slot.

What is the correct way to install an M.2 drive on the SK6, and what step is often missed?

Insert the drive at an angle, press down, and secure it with the screw; the missed step is matching the drive's key (M or B) to the correct socket on the card.
