Sled-push turf strip for home gyms

This 4x33 ft artificial grass roll is built for sled push and pull training in garages or basement gyms. The 1.38 inch pile height is tuned to give consistent resistance without snagging during explosive strength and conditioning sessions.

1.38 inch pile height for sled resistance

The single specification that decides fit is the pile height. At 1.38 inches the surface minimises drag and friction so sleds move smoothly while still providing the feedback needed for power development.

SBR latex backing cushions joints and dampens sound

The robust SBR latex layer absorbs impact from plyometrics and heavy drops to protect knees and ankles. It also deadens noise for basement installations and, combined with double-sided tape, prevents the roll from shifting during rapid direction changes.

Questions about this item

How does the 1.38" pile height feel when pushing a loaded sled across it?

The 1.38" pile is engineered to minimise drag and friction, allowing powerful, explosive pushes and drags without snagging or resistance for true strength and conditioning sessions.

What does the SBR latex backing do for stability on a concrete floor?

The non-slip SBR latex backing prevents stretching and tearing under intense lateral force, and paired with double-sided tape it maximises stability against sliding or bunching during rapid directional changes.

Will a single 4x33ft roll cover my workout zone without seams?

Yes, the continuous 4x33ft roll unrolls into a seamless, professional sled track or workout zone instantly on concrete or rubber floors.
