Heavy-Duty 30x40ft Shelter Kit

This 30x40ft poly tarp kit includes 25 ball bungees and provides a strong, durable shelter against sunlight, rain and dust. Made from 100% new PE material with triple layers, it offers waterproof and UV-resistant protection on both silver and black sides. The 10mil thickness and aluminium grommets spaced at 3 1/4 ft intervals deliver tear-resistant performance. Seamless edges prevent water leakage while reinforced corners add structural strength.

Outdoor Protection for Vehicles and Equipment

The kit suits owners covering cars, campers, bicycles or pool areas who need a reversible, long-life cover with secure tie-downs. Buyers requiring a lighter sheet for temporary indoor dust protection should look at thinner alternatives. Anyone needing a size outside the 15 available dimensions must source a different product. The 40.54 lb weight means two people may be needed to position the tarp over large structures.

10mil Thickness with Aluminium Grommets

The 10mil heavy-duty construction determines whether this tarp withstands sustained wind, rain and sun exposure on a 30x40ft footprint. Aluminium grommets every 1m and PP-capped corners resist tearing when tensioned with the included 9in ball bungees. If your application demands a thinner, more portable sheet or a different grommet spacing, this specification makes the kit unsuitable.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 30x40ft size or one of the other 15 sizes?

Measure the object you need to cover first, then choose the size that gives full side protection; this kit is the 30 by 40 foot option.

What does the 10mil thickness mean when the tarp is on a roof or canopy?

It provides heavy-duty tear resistance and, with aluminum grommets every 1 metre, holds up to wind and rain without ripping.

How do the 9in ball bungees attach and what load can they handle?

Each of the 25 bungees loops through a grommet and stretches to secure the tarp; they are made from wear-resistant PP for long-term use.
