Frame Fit And Airflow

The canopy attaches to the frame prongs using corner pockets and built-in hook and loop fasteners. Mesh netting between the two tiers allows air to pass through freely. Two grommets on each side provide additional ventilation and water drainage.

Weather Protection Limits

The 200 g/sqm polyester fabric with PU coating offers water resistance during light drizzle and UV30+ protection against harmful sun rays. It is not rated for heavy rain or storm conditions. Buyers needing a canopy for a different frame size or a higher wind rating should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How well does the 200 g/sqm polyester with PA coating hold up to constant sun exposure?

The canopy is rated UV30+ to block harmful sun rays while the PA-coated polyester resists fading and degradation during extended outdoor use.

Does the mesh netting and four grommets provide enough airflow to stop heat build-up on hot days?

Yes, the ventilated top with mesh between tiers and two grommets per side allows air to pass freely and helps prevent heat from accumulating underneath.

Which frame measurements must I already have to confirm this replacement top will fit?

You need the upper-tier hemline length, the lower-tier hemline length, and the bottom-tier hypotenuse; all three must match the compatible Madaga/L-GZ136PST2 dimensions.
