Rectangle Sail for Backyard Shade

This 19x13 ft rectangle sun shade sail creates a cool shelter over patios, pools, decks or pergolas. The 97% UV block protects skin from harmful rays during summer gatherings. HDPE fabric reduces the temperature underneath by about 50°F (10°C) while allowing breeze to pass through.

Included Ropes and Curved Shape

Stainless steel D-rings and heavy-duty nylon hanging ropes are supplied for direct attachment to mounting points. The curved rectangle edges keep the sail taut under tension and reduce flapping. Triple-stitched seams reinforce the perimeter against fraying and ripping over time.

Simple Mounting With Foldable Storage

Installation only requires connecting the D-rings to anchor points using the provided ropes. The sail folds compactly for off-season storage and is washable for easy cleaning. Buyers without existing posts or wall brackets will need separate hardware to create secure mounting points.

Questions about this item

How do I clean the 185GSM HDPE fabric when it gets dirty?

The sail is washable; simply remove it from the D-rings, rinse with water and mild soap, then air-dry before re-installing.

Will the triple-stitched edges and curved rectangle shape stay tight in steady wind?

The curved edges keep tension even across the 19x13 ft rectangle, while triple stitching and anti-ager additives prevent fraying during prolonged wind exposure.

How much heat builds up under the canopy after hours of full sun?

The HDPE material reduces temperature beneath the sail by about 50°F (10°C) and its breathable weave lets breeze pass through for continuous cooling.
