Replacement Canopy 52"x90

This 52"x90" replacement canopy fits swing sets and playsets in family backyards, community playgrounds and kindergartens. It uses 160g double-coated polyester with PA and 800mm PU coating for durability. The cover shields children from UV30+ sunlight and light rain during outdoor play. It is not intended for use in snow or extreme cold.

Hook and Loop Fastener System

The canopy attaches with hook and loop fasteners measuring 23 x 2 cm for quick installation and removal without tools. This design allows the cover to be set up or taken down within minutes. The lightweight construction folds easily for compact storage and transport between locations. The fastening method replaces older tie-down or grommet styles.

Weather and Size Limits

The 800mm PU coating handles light rain but the manufacturer advises against use in snowy conditions or extreme cold. Buyers must verify the existing frame matches the 89 3/4 x 51 9/16 inch overall dimensions before ordering. The product is a canopy only; no playground structure or playset is included. UV30+ rating provides sun protection but does not block all radiation.

Questions about this item

How long will the 160g double-coated polyester with 800mm PU coating last before it needs replacing?

The heavy-duty 160g polyester with PA and 800mm PU coating is built for extra durability and longer life under normal outdoor use.

What is the first limit reached during sustained sun exposure — UV protection or water resistance?

The canopy provides UV30+ protection and water resistance up to 800+mm, so both ratings work together under continuous sunlight and light rain.

Does the hook-and-loop fastener design add heat retention or noise when the canopy stays up all day?

The hook-and-loop fasteners secure the canopy quietly without trapping extra heat, and the breathable polyester allows airflow during extended use.
