SKU CH-4AVY-5QEBG

  • Powers five SATA drives from one 15-pin connector
  • 1-to-5 splitter reduces cable clutter inside the case
  • Molex 4-pin IDE input fits legacy power supplies
  • Good-quality construction ensures reliable power delivery

1-to-5 SATA Power Splitter

This YINGHUA cable splits one 15-pin SATA power connector into five identical ports. The design uses a single Molex 4-pin IDE plug as the input source. It lets builders run up to five SATA drives from a single power supply lead. The cords arrive new and ready for immediate installation.

Suits builders adding multiple drives

Users who need to power SATA SSDs or hard disks from a Molex output will find this splitter convenient. It is not for systems that only provide native SATA power headers. It also does not suit builds requiring right-angle connectors or individual cable sleeving.

Questions about this item

How many SATA drives can the 15 pin connector support from one Molex source?

The cord splits a single Molex 4 pin connection into five 15 pin SATA power connectors for up to five drives.

Does the cable generate extra heat when all five SATA drives run continuously?

The passive wire assembly adds no active components, so heat rise depends only on the total current drawn through the existing conductors.
