HDMI KVM Extender Matrix over IP Cat6

This YINGHUA KVM extender matrix transmits HDMI video, audio and USB control signals over standard Cat6 cabling using Ethernet TCP/IP protocol. It supports one-to-many distribution through PoE network switches and reaches distances up to 150 metres. The unit includes an IR receiver kit for remote command relay and handles resolutions up to 1920×1080 at 60 Hz.

One transmitter with PoE switch integration

The package supplies a single transmitter unit designed to connect one HDMI source to multiple receivers via a PoE switch. This topology allows matching up to 99 device groups, enabling one source to drive many displays or several sources to share multiple monitors. USB keyboard and mouse signals travel the same cable for full remote KVM operation.

Suited for multi-room AV and NVR control

Ideal for installers needing centralised computer or NVR management across classrooms, control rooms or digital-signage networks where Cat6 infrastructure already exists. Not suited for buyers who require 4K or higher resolutions, multi-transmitter bundles out of the box, or fibre-based extension beyond 150 metres.

Questions about this item

How far can the Cat6 cable run before the 1920 x 1080 signal degrades?

The extender transmits 1920 x 1080 video up to 150 metres over a single Cat6 cable without degradation.

How many transmitter-receiver groups can the matrix handle before bandwidth becomes the bottleneck?

The matrix supports up to 99 groups of devices, allowing many sources and displays to share the network switch.

Does the transmitter or receiver need an external power supply when running continuously?

The system works with PoE switches, so connected units can draw power over the same Cat6 cable used for data.
