180W ATX power supply compatible with 200 202 280 285 290 400 405 480 490 498 G1 G2 MT systems
This 180W ATX server power supply carries part numbers 759768-001 and D13-180P1A. It is built for compatible HP workstation and desktop models including the 200, 202, 280, 285, 290, 400, 405, 480, 490 and 498 series across G1 and G2 MT chassis. It replaces the PCD009 and HK280-11FP units in those systems.
The unit delivers a rated 180W output for typical server workloads. Standard ATX cooling architecture manages thermals through an internal fan that spins according to load and temperature. Acoustic output varies with fan speed under normal operating conditions. Power draw at the wall will reflect the 180W DC rating plus efficiency losses.

Slide the unit into the power supply bay until the latch clicks, then connect the 24-pin ATX and 4-pin CPU cables; the step often missed is securing the retention screw on the rear bracket.
Periodically remove dust from the intake vents with compressed air and verify the fan spins freely; replace the unit if voltages drift or the fan becomes noisy.
