Two computers share one 4K60 Hz monitor, keyboard, mouse and four USB peripherals via button or remote switch
The YINGHUA KVM switch lets two computers share a single HDMI monitor and up to four USB peripherals such as a keyboard, mouse and printer. It supports video resolutions up to 3840 by 2160 at 60 Hz, along with 4K at 30 Hz and 1080p at 60 Hz. Switching between systems is done via a front-panel button or the included wired extender. The compact ABS enclosure measures approximately 104 by 70 by 23 millimetres.
This unit replaces the need for two separate monitors, keyboards and mice on a crowded desk. The jump is worth it when you regularly move between two laptops or desktops and want instant access to shared USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices without unplugging cables. No HDMI cables are included, so existing cables must be used to connect each computer to the switch for both video and USB control signals.
The switch comfortably handles two source computers driving one display at 4K 60 Hz while sharing four USB ports — two USB 2.0 and two USB 1.1 — for input devices or a printer. It runs out when a third computer needs access, when higher refresh rates above 60 Hz are required, or when USB 3.0 bandwidth is needed for fast external storage.
