Two-input HDMI switch with audio extraction

This 4K HDMI switch connects two HDMI 2.0 sources to a single display. Each input supports audio extraction through optical SPDIF, coaxial, L/R stereo and 3.5 mm jack outputs. HDCP 2.2 compliance ensures protected content plays correctly on devices such as a PS5 or other consoles.

Passive operation with US power supply

The unit draws power from the included US power supply and adds no active cooling, so it runs silently. Video bandwidth reaches 18.2 Gbps, supporting 4K at 60 Hz with RGB 4:4:4 chroma and 36-bit deep colour. Lower resolutions such as 4K at 30 Hz and 1080p are also handled without signal degradation.

ARC return channel frees TV audio

HDMI ARC support lets the switch pull audio from a compatible TV back to a soundbar or amplifier via optical or coaxial cable. The extractor works with two-channel or 5.1-channel formats depending on the output chosen. DVI sources are not compatible, so only HDMI devices can be used.

Questions about this item

How do I connect two HDMI sources to one display using this switch?

Connect each source to an HDMI input, the display to the HDMI output, and power the unit with the included US supply; the switch handles HDCP 2.2 handshake automatically.

What audio outputs may need new cables if I change my sound system later?

The switch provides optical Toslink, coaxial, 3.5 mm jack and stereo RCA outputs; any future amplifier or soundbar will use one of these connectors.

At what bandwidth limit does 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 video stop passing through?

The maximum bandwidth is 18.2 Gbps, so any signal exceeding that rate will not be transmitted.
