Connects two HDMI sources to one display while extracting audio to optical, coaxial, 3.5 mm or HDMI ARC outputs at 4K 60 Hz
The YINGHUA 2x1 HDMI Switch Audio Extractor connects two HDMI sources to one display while separating sound to external audio systems. It handles 4K resolution at 60 Hz with HDCP 2.3 and 10-bit HDR pass-through. ARC and eARC functions route TV audio to a soundbar or amplifier via optical, coaxial or HDMI audio ports.
This unit fits users who need to switch between two 4K sources and send extracted audio to a receiver that lacks HDMI inputs. It is not for installations requiring more than two inputs or buyers who need audio extraction from a single source without switching. The 7.1-channel HDMI audio output covers most surround formats.
The switch operates on HDMI 2.0 bandwidth to deliver 4K 60 Hz RGB 8:8:8 and YCbCr 4:4:4 colour space. ARC and eARC return channels are active only through the optical, coaxial and HDMI audio ports. This specification decides whether your TV and sound system can exchange high-bitrate audio through the device.

Use HDMI 2.0 cables for each source; the switch accepts two HDMI inputs and passes 4K at 60 Hz with RGB 8:8:8 or YCbCr 4:4:4 colour space.
Yes, the HDMI output is backward compatible and will downscale the 4K 60 Hz signal to whatever resolution your legacy display supports.
Play an eARC-enabled stream; if the soundbar shows a Dolby Atmos or DTS:X indicator and audio plays without lip-sync delay, the eARC extraction via optical or coaxial is working.
