Suits multi-display installations

This controller suits installers building video walls, digital signage arrays or monitoring stations that merge several HDMI inputs onto one large surface. It is not for users who need KVM switching to control multiple computers with one keyboard and mouse. Buyers requiring more than four inputs or different output resolutions should consider other solutions.

Questions about this item

Does the 2×2 video wall controller need its own power supply, or does it draw power from the HDMI sources?

The unit ships with a US-plug power adapter, so it requires a mains outlet and does not rely on HDMI bus power.

Can I keep my existing 1080p monitors and still use the 2×2 splicing modes?

Yes, the controller accepts standard HDMI input and can combine or split the signal across four 1080p displays in 1×2, 1×3, 1×4, 2×1, 3×1 or 4×1 layouts.
