2×3 HDMI video wall controller

This unit takes one HDMI source and splits it across six displays in a 2×3 grid. It is aimed at installers building advertising walls, restaurant menus or classroom displays. No control software is required; the hardware handles the stitching automatically.

Plug-and-play installation

Connect the source to the single HDMI input and run six HDMI cables to the screens. The main limitation is cable length: 4K at 30 Hz needs an 8 m AWG26 cable, while 4K at 60 Hz requires a 3 m HDMI 2.0 cable. Exceeding those distances will drop the signal.

Output resolution capped at 1080p60

Although the input accepts up to 3840×2160 at 30 Hz, each of the six outputs is limited to 1920×1080 at 60 Hz. Audio can be extracted via optical or 3.5 mm analogue ports. Cascading multiple units is possible, but total display count and bandwidth stay bound by the same output ceiling.
