It handles 4K at 30 fps and 1080p at 60 fps without dropouts, and the HDCP 2.2 handshake stays active for the duration of playback. Three EDID modes — 2CH, 5.1CH and PASS — let the source negotiate the correct audio format automatically. No overheating or signal degradation is reported under normal continuous operation.

Build and Connectivity

A volume knob on the chassis gives direct analogue level control for the 3.5 mm and R/L outputs, convenient for quick adjustments without a remote. The optical TOSLINK port carries 5.1-channel digital audio to a receiver, while the stereo jack drives 600-ohm headphones cleanly.
