Replacement cushion for III 3 headset

Soft foam ear pads designed specifically for the III 3 headset model. The brown sponge cushions install without tools and slide on in seconds. They serve as a direct replacement for worn or cracked original pads. Buyers needing a different headset fit will not find compatibility here.

Tool-free fit and noise isolation

The sponge material conforms to the ear and creates a passive seal that reduces outside sound. Installation requires no hardware and the pads stay in place during normal use. The package includes a single cushion, so a second unit is needed for a full stereo pair.

Compact dimensions for on-ear comfort

Each pad measures approximately 6.5 by 6.5 by 2 centimetres, or 2.56 by 2.56 by .79 inches. The slim profile suits on-ear designs but may feel shallow for users who prefer deep over-ear cups. Larger headband frames or thick-framed glasses can press against the thin sponge layer.

Questions about this item

How often will the sponge ear cushions need replacing?

The soft foam pads are designed as a direct replacement for worn or cracked originals, so you simply swap them out once the sponge loses its shape or shows visible wear.

What is the first comfort limit during long listening sessions?

Each pad measures approximately 6.5 cm in diameter and 2 cm thick, so the fixed sponge depth determines how long the cushions stay comfortable before they compress.

Do the brown sponge cushions get hot or trap heat after hours of use?

The open-cell sponge material allows airflow around the ear, reducing heat build-up during extended wear compared with sealed leatherette alternatives.
