Compatible Replacement Ear Pads

These ear pads are designed specifically for H3 Wired and MDR-G300 headphones. They measure approximately 105 by 85 millimetres and use a black sponge construction. The 23A3 mesh option is included in this listing, while other mesh and material variants are sold separately. A pair of cushions is supplied for a complete refresh.

Users Needing Direct-Fit Comfort

Listeners who want a straightforward swap for worn originals will find these pads match the H3 Wired and MDR-G300 models. Buyers who require a different mounting style, an alternative material such as protein leather or cooling gel, or a size outside the stated dimensions should look at other options. The package contains only the two ear pads shown.

23A3 Mesh Designation Decides Fit

The critical specification is the 23A3 mesh identifier, which confirms these cushions match the intended headphone models. Without this exact designation the pads may not align with the mounting points on H3 Wired or MDR-G300 units. Verify the option type before ordering to ensure compatibility.

Questions about this item

Which headphone models do the 23A3 mesh ear pads fit?

These 23A3 mesh pads are made for the H3 Wired and MDR-G300 headsets.

What are the exact dimensions of each ear pad?

Each pad measures approximately 105 mm by 85 mm, or 4.13 inches by 3.35 inches.

How are the ear pads installed and what mistake should be avoided?

Stretch the sponge ring over the earcup rim; the step people miss is seating the inner lip fully around the driver housing so the pad sits flat.
