LGA2011-V3 server board with four DDR3 ECC slots, M.2 NVMe, PCIe 3.0 x16, two SATA 2.0 and one SATA 3.0 ports, plus thermal pad and SATA cables included
The YINGHUA X99 is a new server motherboard built around the Intel B85 chipset for the LGA2011-V3 socket. It provides four DDR3 memory slots that accept both ECC and non-ECC modules up to a total of 128 GB. An M.2 NVME interface, one SATA 3.0 port, two SATA 2.0 ports, a PCI Express x16 slot, USB 2.0 and 3.0 headers, plus onboard audio and networking complete the platform. A thermal pad and SATA cable kit are included in the box.
This board fits builders who want a small-footprint server platform with ECC memory support and NVMe storage in a single package. It is not for users who need to mix registered and unregistered DIMMs, because the manufacturer states the two types cannot be used together. Buyers requiring more than one SATA 3.0 port or multiple M.2 slots should look at a different board.
The memory subsystem is the decisive spec: four DDR3 slots with a combined ceiling of 128 GB, compatible with both server and standard modules provided they are not mixed. This limit determines whether the board can meet a given workload’s memory footprint.

The kit includes the motherboard, a thermal pad and a SATA cable kit. You must purchase a compatible LGA2011-V3 processor, DDR3 ECC or non-ECC memory modules, an M.2 NVME drive and a graphics card separately.
Each slot supports up to 32 GB DDR3, giving a maximum of 128 GB total. Server and ordinary DDR3 cannot be mixed, so fill all four slots with identical modules for the full capacity.
The PCI Express X16 slot runs at PCIe 3.0 speeds for graphics cards, while the M.2 NVME interface provides a single NVME drive connection; SATA 3.0 offers one 6 Gbps port and SATA 2.0 provides two 3 Gbps ports.
