X99 TF server board for Xeon E5

The YINGHUA X99 TF is a new server motherboard built around the X99 chipset and an LGA 2011-3 socket. It accepts Intel Xeon E5 processors and DDR3 ECC registered memory. An M.2 slot provides NVME storage connectivity and a WIFI interface is included for wireless networking.

Suited for Xeon E5 DDR3 systems

This board fits builders assembling a server or workstation around Xeon E5 CPUs and DDR3 ECC REG modules. It is not suited for configurations that need DDR3 non-ECC memory, processors outside the Xeon E5 line, or boards without an M.2 NVME slot and integrated WIFI.

Questions about this item

How much power does the YINGHUA X99 TF draw under continuous server loads?

The board is built around an Intel Atom CPU, which typically runs at very low TDP, so sustained power draw stays modest even during all-day workloads.

Which Xeon E5 processor and DDR3 ECC REG modules do I need to have on hand before this motherboard will post?

You must supply a compatible LGA2011-3 Xeon E5 CPU and registered DDR3 ECC memory; the board will not operate without both installed.
