Indoor monitoring sensor

The YoLink Indoor Temperature & Humidity Sensor tracks conditions above 14°F in fridges, greenhouses, pet cages and similar indoor spaces. It connects to the YoLink Hub using a LoRa-based long-range wireless protocol that does not share your WiFi network. A single hub can manage over 300 sensors across the property. Alexa and IFTTT integration allows voice queries and automated applets based on temperature thresholds.

Replaces standalone gauges

This sensor upgrades from manual thermometers or short-range Bluetooth devices that cannot reach basements, garages or appliances far from the router. The jump is worth it when you need alerts delivered by app, SMS or email the moment readings leave your defined range. It is not suited for buyers who want outdoor-rated hardware or humidity queries through Alexa, which is not supported at this time.

Sustained operation profile

Two AAA batteries power the unit for up to 2 years of continuous reporting, so maintenance visits stay infrequent even across large deployments. LoRa communication maintains the link through walls and floors where WiFi would drop, keeping alert paths open during extended monitoring periods. The Readius business platform adds centralised dashboards and export tools for facilities that log data over months rather than hours.
