Mini hot glue sticks for crafting

This pack contains 50 transparent mini-size hot glue sticks measuring 4 x .27 x .27 inches. They are designed for high-temperature use and bond materials such as wood, metal, glass, fabric, foam, paper, plastic and ceramic in 20 to 30 seconds. The sticks suit hobbyists, DIY enthusiasts and anyone needing quick repairs or creative assembly at home or in the classroom.

Upgrade from standard craft adhesives

Switching from white glue or tape to these hot melt sticks cuts waiting time dramatically because the bond sets in seconds rather than minutes. The jump is worth it when you need immediate handling strength for layered paper projects, floral arrangements or small household fixes that cannot wait for liquid glue to cure.

Best for mini gun owners doing light work

These sticks fit all mini-size hot glue guns and are ideal for scrapbooking, model making and minor repairs around the house. They are not for users with full-size glue guns because the .27 inch diameter will not feed correctly. Buyers who need higher output for heavy construction or industrial bonding should look at larger diameter sticks instead.

Questions about this item

Will these 0.27 in diameter sticks fit my mini glue gun?

Yes, the 4 x 0.27 in size matches every mini glue gun; they will not work in regular full-size guns.

How do I load a stick without jamming the trigger?

Insert the stick fully into the rear chamber, wait for the gun to reach high temperature, then pull the trigger gently — forcing it cold is what causes jams.

When should I replace a stick mid-project?

Feed a new stick from the 50-count pack as soon as the previous one leaves less than 13 mm in the chamber so the nozzle stays primed.
