This Zep 124923 pack contains four one-gallon jugs of concentrated degreaser formulated for sports-medicine facilities. The alkaline liquid carries a pH of 11.5 to 12.0 and is diluted at four to ten ounces per gallon for general cleaning tasks. It is biodegradable, non-flammable and safe on plastic surfaces. The product suits maintenance teams needing a high-volume, ready-to-dilute cleaner.

Thermals Noise and Power

As a chemical concentrate the degreaser produces no heat, noise or electrical draw during normal use. The liquid is non-flammable with a VOC content of five percent and has undetermined dielectric strength. No power supply or ventilation equipment is required beyond standard workplace safety practises. Storage at ambient temperature presents no thermal management concerns.

Build Quality and Connectors

Each jug holds one gallon with a net weight of 9.36 lb and features a standard jug closure for pouring into dilution equipment. The green liquid is butyl-free, non-chlorinated and TSCA compliant for regulatory adherence. The four-pack configuration supports high-throughput cleaning stations without frequent reordering. Questions about this item

How do I install the Zep 124923 degreaser in my cleaning equipment, and what dilution step do people often get wrong?

Pour the concentrated liquid into your sprayer or mop bucket at 4 to 10 ounces per gallon of water; the common error is skipping the dilution and using it straight from the jug.

What maintenance or replacement will the Zep 124923 degreaser need later?

Each 1-gallon jug weighs 9.36 pounds and is consumed with use; simply reorder a new PK4 case when the supply runs low.

What limit shows up first when using Zep 124923 degreaser continuously on heavy grease?

The alkaline pH of 11.5 to 12.0 cuts grime fast, but prolonged skin contact can cause irritation, so wear gloves and rinse surfaces promptly.
