  • 85 mm inner diameter fits standard shaft sizes
  • 120 mm outer diameter provides stable housing fit
  • 18 mm width keeps assembly compact

ZIBOO NTN 6917 Radial Bearing

The ZIBOO NTN 6917 is a single-row radial ball bearing built for rotating assemblies that require low-friction support. Its open-type design allows direct lubrication access during maintenance cycles. The 85 mm inner diameter, 120 mm outer diameter and 18 mm width suit shafts and housings machined to those dimensions. Technicians and engineers select this bearing for precision fits in electric motor, pump and gearbox repairs.

Open-Type Lubrication Access

The open construction means no integral shields or seals restrict grease replenishment or inspection. Users can apply their preferred lubricant type and interval without removing the bearing from the shaft. This simplifies scheduled maintenance on equipment where downtime must be minimised. The design does not suit environments that demand sealed contamination protection.

Questions about this item

How often should the open-type NTN 6917 bearing be re-lubricated under normal operating conditions?

Re-lubricate every 2 000 to 4 000 operating hours or at least once a year, using a light machine oil applied through the open sides of the 85x120x18mm bearing.

What is the first limiting factor when the NTN 6917 runs continuously at high speed?

The open design allows lubricant to migrate out, so temperature rise from insufficient lubrication becomes the primary limit before the 6917's basic dynamic capacity is reached.
