Thermals noise and power draw
The adapter has no fan and runs silently while converting the outlet shape only. It draws power only for the connected devices up to the rated limits and does not change voltage or current, so heat output stays low during normal charging of phones, tablets or low-power laptops.
Not a voltage converter
