ZKTECO ST200 Biometric Fingerprint RFID Time Attendance Office Equipment

Purpose-built Attendance Terminal

The ZKTECO ST200 is a biometric fingerprint and RFID time attendance machine designed for small to medium businesses. It handles up to 1,000 enrolled users and stores 2,000 fingerprint templates for daily clock-in operations. The 2.8-inch HD colour screen provides clear visual feedback during verification. Network connectivity via TCP/IP allows centralised data collection across multiple sites.

Sustained Daily Operation

The unit operates reliably within a temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and humidity levels of 20 to 80 percent. Its ZKFinger10.0 dual-engine algorithm maintains fast recognition speeds even when processing the maximum 80,000 stored transaction records. Data can be offloaded directly to a USB flash drive or pulled over the network without interrupting the attendance workflow. The DC 5V 1A power supply supports continuous uptime during standard office hours.

Capacity Limit Defines Fit

With a hard ceiling of 1,000 users and 2,000 fingerprint templates, the ST200 suits organisations that fall within those bounds. Companies expecting workforce growth beyond this threshold will need a higher-capacity terminal. The 80,000-record log buffer covers several months of typical traffic before requiring a download. Buyers needing integrated access control relays or Wi-Fi connectivity should verify those features separately.
