Questions about this item

How is the XFace600 mounted and wired for power?

The unit measures 203 by 92 by 22.5 millimetres and runs on DC 12 volts at 3 amps, so mount it on a wall or bracket then connect a 12 V 3 A supply to the power terminals.

Which parts will need replacement as the system ages?

The 5-inch touch screen and the binocular camera are the main components that can wear out after years of daily fingerprint and face scans.

At what temperature does the terminal stop working reliably?

Operation is rated from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius; sustained use above 45 °C will cause the first reliability limit.
