Cat6 pass-through connectors for DIY cabling

This 100-pack supplies colour-coded RJ45 pass-through plugs and matching strain-relief boots. Gold-plated tri-prong contacts accept 24-28AWG solid or stranded UTP cable with a 1.12 mm outer diameter. The open-end design lets you verify wire order before crimping, simplifying home and office network builds.

Suits installers who need colour-coded

The four colours help organise complex runs in smart-home or AV projects. Builders who require shielded connectors, Cat6a performance, or a different connector count should look elsewhere.

Pass-through design with 0.512 mm conductor

This tolerance ensures reliable contact with 24-28AWG conductors. The housing measures 1.1±0.02 mm and the connectors withstand 1000 insertion cycles at 20N-50N mating force.

Questions about this item

What Cat standard do these pass-through RJ45 connectors support and what speed does that cap at?

These connectors are rated for Cat6, which supports up to 1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet speeds.

What cable sizes and outer diameters will fit these connectors and the included boots?

They accept 24-28AWG solid or stranded UTP cables with a 1.12mm outer diameter, and the boots match that same cable size.

How do I crimp these pass-through connectors correctly and what is the common mistake?

Insert wires through the open end, verify the colour order, then crimp with a pass-through tool that trims the excess; the mistake is using a standard crimper that cannot cut the protruding wires.
