Training Adapter for Dual Headsets

The ZoomSwitch Trainer connects two headsets so a supervisor can monitor an employee's call in real time. It accepts any combination of wireless and corded models. A single button mutes either microphone instantly. Setup requires no software or drivers.

Supervisors needing live call oversight

This adapter suits contact centres and training teams that want side-by-side coaching without tying the trainer to a desk. It does not record audio, provide conference bridging or work with a single headset alone. Buyers needing call logging or multi-party conferencing should look elsewhere.

Dual-headset monitoring with mute control

The decisive specification is the ability to connect two headsets simultaneously and mute each microphone independently. If your workflow only requires one headset per user, this adapter adds no value.

Questions about this item

How do I connect two wireless headsets to the ZoomSwitch Trainer adapter?

Plug each wireless headset base into the adapter ports; the unit then links both headsets so a supervisor can monitor calls while the employee stays mobile.

Which parts of the ZoomSwitch Trainer will need replacement over time?

The adapter has no user-serviceable parts; only the connected headsets' batteries or ear cushions typically require periodic replacement.

What limits how long a supervisor can monitor calls continuously with the ZoomSwitch Trainer?

Monitoring duration is limited by the wireless headsets' battery life, since the adapter itself draws no separate power.
