15-Inch Pink Poly Tubing

This pink low-density polyethylene tubing measures 15 inches wide and runs 1075 feet on a cored roll with a 12-inch outer diameter and a 3-inch core. It is sold as shipping and mailing supply for operations that need continuous bag stock. The material is not FDA compliant and carries California Proposition 65 warnings for cancer and reproductive harm.

Cored Roll Installation

The roll fits dispensers that accept a 3-inch core and a 12-inch roll diameter, so the equipment must accommodate those dimensions. At 4 mil thickness the film is lightweight and can wrinkle or tear if tension is set too high or if the cutter blade is dull. Static-sensitive items may benefit from the anti-static property, but the tubing itself is not FDA compliant for direct food contact.

Sustained Use Behaviour

The tubing is rated for continuous operation between -60 degrees F and 180 degrees F, so it remains flexible in cold storage and stable in warm sealing areas. Extended runs on high-speed equipment will not exceed the temperature limits, but the 4 mil gauge offers limited puncture resistance for heavy or sharp contents. Anti-static performance persists across the roll length under normal handling conditions.
