Green HDPE Merchandise Bags

These green high-density polyethylene merchandise bags measure 16 in wide by 4 in deep by 24 in high with a 0.7 mil thickness. They come in a flat pack of 500 and feature a gusseted bottom that expands for bulky items. The die-cut handles allow quick grab-and-go carrying for retail staff. They are not compatible with bag dispensers.

Thermals Noise and Power

As passive packaging supplies the bags generate no heat, produce no noise and draw no power during use. Their thin 0.7 mil HDPE construction adds negligible weight to shipments. The material meets California Proposition 65 labelling requirements for listed chemicals. No active cooling or electrical supply is involved.

Build Quality and Connectors

The recycled-content HDPE film resists tearing at the gusseted seams when loaded within normal retail limits. Die-cut handles are integral to the bag body so there are no separate attachments to fail. Flat-pack packaging keeps the 500-count bundle compact on shelves until needed. The bags are not FDA compliant for direct food contact.

Questions about this item

How do I load these 16 in by 4 in by 24 in HDPE bags onto a dispenser without jamming?

These bags are not compatible with any bag dispenser; they arrive flat-packed in a 500-count bundle and must be separated by hand before use.

When will the 0.7 mil green HDPE material start to tear or degrade under normal use?

The high-density polyethylene construction resists punctures until overloaded beyond its gusseted bottom capacity; replace individual bags once seams split or the die-cut handles stretch.

At what weight does the gusseted bottom give way during sustained carrying?

The 0.7 mil thickness and 20 in usable height limit the bag to light merchandise; exceeding several kilograms causes the gusset seams to separate first.
