Zoro Select MLR84 Literature Mailer

The Zoro Select MLR84 is a white corrugated cardboard literature mailer built for shipping documents, catalogues and slim bound materials. It comes in a 50 pack and uses single-wall B-flute construction with an ECT-32 rating.

Capacity and headroom for documents

Each mailer provides an inside space of 17 1/2 in by 3 1/2 in by 3 1/2 in with a maximum load capacity of 65 lb. The 3/16 in wall thickness protects contents during transit but is not suited for heavy or bulky items that exceed the weight limit.

Upgrade from basic envelopes

This pack replaces standard padded envelopes when rigidity and crush resistance are required for literature shipments. The jump is worth it for volume mailers who need 100 percent post-consumer recyclable boxes that ship flat and assemble quickly.

Questions about this item

Will the 17 1/2 in inside length fit catalogues I already ship in 16 in mailers?

The inside length is 17 1/2 in, so items up to that length fit; anything longer than 16 in will now have room.

How can I confirm the B-flute single-wall construction is holding the 65 lb rating after assembly?

Press the sidewalls — they should feel rigid with 3/16 in thickness and show no buckling when loaded to the rated limit.

Does the 50-pack include any tape or inserts, or must I buy them separately?

The box contains only the 50 flat mailers; tape, labels and any protective inserts are sold separately.
