The ZyXEL XMG191510EP provides eight 2.5GBASE-T RJ-45 ports with PoE++ support and two 1/10G SFP+ uplinks in a fanless, wall-mountable chassis. It delivers a 130 W PoE budget across all eight ports, making it suitable for powering wireless access points, IP cameras, VoIP phones and other PoE devices. Management is available through Nebula cloud or standalone modes.

Silent operation under continuous PoE load

With no moving parts the switch dissipates heat passively while supplying up to 60 W per port within the 130 W total budget. The 150 W maximum power draw and 394499 hour MTBF indicate stable performance during sustained multi-device operation. IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet reduces idle power without interrupting linked devices.

2.5G copper and 10G fibre uplink limits

Each RJ-45 port negotiates 1000Base-T or 2.5GBase-T over twisted pair up to 100 metres. The two SFP+ slots accept 1G or 10G transceivers for fibre or direct-attach links to servers or core switches. Total switching capacity reaches 1.25 GB/s, so aggregated traffic above that rate will encounter congestion at the uplinks.
