The operating system and how long it will be supported

What does IP67 mean?
The first digit shows protection from dust, 6 meaning fully dust-tight. The second shows water protection, 7 meaning it survives short immersion in shallow water. It says nothing about drops, so check the drop specification separately.
Windows Embedded Handheld or Android?
