Damage-Free Picture Hanging

Command X-Large white strips let you hang frames up to 24 by 36 inches and 20 pounds without nails, screws or tools. The adhesive bonds to painted walls, finished wood, glass, tile, metal and other smooth indoor surfaces. Four pairs (eight strips total) are included in each pack for multiple projects.

Weight And Surface Limits

Each set of four X-Large strips is rated for 20 pounds maximum; exceeding that load risks failure. The strips require clean, dry, smooth surfaces and will not adhere to textured walls, wallpaper, brick, raw concrete or fabrics. Removal works cleanly only when the tab is pulled slowly straight down along the wall.

Upgrade From Nails And Hooks

These strips replace traditional hardware when you want zero holes, no marks and no sticky residue left behind. They are not suited for heavy mirrors, large cabinets or outdoor mounting where mechanical fasteners remain necessary. Renters and frequent redecorators gain the most benefit from the clean removal.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the X-Large strips or a smaller size for a heavy frame?

The X-Large strips hold 20 lbs and support frames up to 24 in. x 36 in., making them the right choice for heavier pictures or mirrors within those limits.

What does the 20 lb rating mean when I hang a frame on my wall?

Four pairs of strips together hold up to 20 lbs, so a single frame weighing that much can be mounted securely on a compatible surface.

What surface types do these strips grip, and where do they stop working?

They bond to painted walls, finished wood, painted concrete, laminate, glass, tile and metal, but are not rated for rough, uneven or outdoor surfaces.
