What the kit contains and who uses it

This set provides seven reusable microfiber pads sized 15.3 by 5.1 inches for the Swiffer PowerMop. Each pad attaches with a hook-and-loop backing that fits small, medium and large mop heads. The colour-coded pack helps separate heads for different rooms in homes, offices, restaurants or corridors.

How the pads behave in daily cleaning

Pads arrive vacuum-sealed and must soak in water for eight to ten minutes before first use to regain their shape. Microfiber material absorbs dirt, hair and liquid while leaving hard floors streak-free. Machine-washable construction allows repeated cycles without disposable waste.

What the accessories change for the user

Seven colour-coded pads let you assign specific rooms or tasks, reducing cross-contamination. Velcro attachment swaps pads in seconds during a cleaning session. Reusable design replaces single-use refills, lowering ongoing cost and waste for high-traffic hard floor areas.

Questions about this item

How do I prepare the microfiber pads before first use, and what step is often missed?

Submerge each pad in water for 8-10 minutes so the fibres expand to full size; skipping this soak leaves them stiff and undersized.

What ongoing care keeps the 7-count set effective?

Machine wash after use and air-dry; avoid fabric softener or bleach which coat the microfiber and reduce absorbency.

At what point does the hook-and-loop backing stop gripping the Swiffer PowerMop head?

After repeated wash cycles the Velcro loops flatten and no longer hold the 15.3 by 5.1 inch pad securely.
