Questions about this item

What does the 2.4 GHz wireless link with 4 K polling actually cap at in real use?

The 2.4 GHz receiver plugs into the charging dock, which acts as a signal extension, and the mouse reports at up to 4 000 Hz over that link.

How much desk space do the mouse and its charging dock need together?

The mouse measures 7.4 cm by 14.7 cm by 17.8 cm and weighs 0.24 kg; the dock sits under the same footprint, so allow roughly that rectangle plus cable clearance.

How do I pair the mouse in 2.4 GHz mode, and what step do people miss?

Plug the receiver into the dock, connect the dock to USB, turn the mouse on, then hold the pairing button on the dock until the LED flashes — skipping the dock and plugging the receiver straight into the PC is the common mistake.
