Abbott Label 2" x 1-1/2" Perforated Thermal Transfer Labels are paper rolls designed for thermal transfer printers. Each roll contains 3800 labels and a carton holds eight rolls for a total of 30400 labels. They suit shipping, inventory, and general labelling tasks that require a permanent adhesive.

Build and mounting

Labels are perforated horizontally every 1-5/8" for easy separation and have an 8" outer diameter on a 3" core. The 40# basis weight paper uses a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive that meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. Minimum application temperature is 30degF.

Temperature limits

The adhesive service range runs from -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC), so the labels remain reliable in cold storage and warm environments. They are not intended for applications that exceed these temperature boundaries or require a removable adhesive.
