  • 33000 labels per carton support high-volume printing
  • 5500 labels per roll reduce changeover frequency

  • Adhesive rated -65 °F to 200 °F for cold and hot environments
  • FDA CFR 175.105 compliant for indirect food contact

General-purpose thermal transfer labels

These perforated labels suit businesses that need high-volume printing for shipping, inventory or product identification. Each roll delivers 5500 labels and a carton contains six rolls for a total of 33000 labels. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact.

Sustained printing performance

The adhesive maintains its bond across a service range of -65degF to 200degF and can be applied at temperatures as low as 30degF. This stability supports long print runs in cold storage or warm warehouse environments without edge lift or adhesive failure.

Perforated roll format for thermal printers

Labels are separated by a horizontal perf every 1-1/8 inches on a 3-inch core with an 8-inch outer diameter. The 40# basis weight stock feeds reliably through standard thermal transfer printers but is not suited for direct thermal equipment or applications requiring waterproof facestocks.
