General Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These thermal transfer labels are designed for general-purpose labelling tasks in offices and warehouses. Each roll contains 5500 labels and six rolls are packed per carton for a total of 33000 labels. The non-perforated format suits continuous printing on compatible thermal transfer printers. They use a 40# basis weight paper face stock.

Adhesive Performance Range

A permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive provides strong initial tack and ultimate adhesion even at lower temperatures. The minimum application temperature is 30degF and the service range extends from -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). This adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact.

Non-Perforated Continuous Format

These labels are supplied non-perforated on rolls with an 8" outer diameter and 3" core. Buyers who need individual die-cut labels or perforated separation between labels cannot use this continuous format. The roll dimensions require a printer that accepts 8" outer diameter rolls on a 3" core.
