Abbott Label 3" x 1" Perforated Thermal Transfer Labels 5500 per roll

General-Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These Abbott Label rolls supply 5500 perforated labels each and arrive six rolls to a carton for a total of 33000 labels. The 40# basis-weight paper carries a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive that meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. An 8" outer diameter on a 3" core fits standard thermal transfer printers. The horizontal perforation every 1-1/8" allows clean separation during high-speed converting.

Warehouses and shipping departments needing

Operations that require reliable tack at 30°F and a service range from -65°F to 200°F will find the adhesive suitable. Buyers who need a different label size, a linerless format, or a direct-thermal face stock should look at other products. The rolls are not designed for inkjet or laser printers.

Consistent release during long print runs

The adhesive maintains initial tack and ultimate adhesion across the full temperature span without degrading during extended converting sessions. Perforations stay intact so labels separate cleanly roll after roll. The 40# paper resists curling as the roll diameter decreases. Performance remains steady from the first label to the last.
