Installation notes and common issues

Rolls load into any thermal transfer printer that accepts a one-inch core and four-inch outer diameter. The 40# basis weight feeds reliably on standard platens. Misalignment usually comes from incorrect core seating or a worn platen roller. Dust on the adhesive surface can reduce tack at low temperatures so keep rolls sealed until use.
