These labels ship as four rolls of 1900 labels each, giving 7600 labels per carton. Each roll carries a non-perforated 5-inch by 3-inch format on a 3-inch core with an 8-inch outer diameter. Adhesive temperature range and compliance

The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive applies at a minimum of 30degF and remains serviceable from -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). It meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact and keeps strong initial tack at lower temperatures without losing high-speed converting performance. The 40# basis-weight face stock supports consistent print quality.

When the carton quantity justifies the switch

Operations that consume several thousand labels a month benefit from the 7600-label carton, reducing roll-change downtime and reorder frequency. The non-perforated design works only with printers or applicators that cut or dispense continuous media. Buyers needing pre-cut individual labels or smaller pack sizes should look elsewhere.
