General-use thermal transfer labels

These Abbott Label thermal transfer labels measure two inches by two inches and arrive perforated between each label. Each roll holds 3000 labels and a full carton contains eight rolls for a total of 24000 labels. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact and functions from a minimum application temperature of 30°F through a service range of -65°F to 200°F.

High-volume shipping and warehouse operations

The 3000-label roll count and 24000-label carton suit fulfilment centres, distribution hubs and manufacturing lines that print thousands of labels per shift. Operations that need colour coding, removable adhesive or synthetic face stocks should evaluate other materials because this product is a single white paper stock with permanent adhesive only.

Capacity and headroom

Eight rolls per carton and 3000 labels per roll provide extended print runs before roll changes, reducing downtime on thermal transfer printers with three-inch cores. The 40# basis weight paper and acrylic adhesive perform reliably in cold-storage environments down to -65°F and heat exposure up to 200°F, but the paper face stock will not withstand prolonged outdoor UV exposure or chemical immersion.
